How to prepare Sassy water?
- 8 glasses of water
- 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
- 12 leaves of mint
- 1 fresh middle-sized cucumber, peeled and cut in small circles
- 1 fresh middle-sized lemon, cut in circles (it is recommended to peel it)
Mix the ingredients mentioned above in the water. Leave it to rest during the night so that the aromas can be freed and consume this water during the next day.
This drink isn’t miraculous. However, with a proper diet that consists of 5 small meals and regular physical activity, your belly will be flatter without even one day of starving.
